1. In Reports, create a new Proposal Analysis Report.
  2. On the Format tab, select Optional Columns and include Solicitor on the window to the right.
  3. Export the report to an Excel format, such as Excel 7.0.
  4. Open the exported file and within Excel, sort the spreadsheet based on the Solicitor column and delete any unnecessary rows/proposals/etc.

    NoteCanned reports within The Raiser's Edge are designed using Crystal Reports and aren't designed to export directly to a third-party product, such as Microsoft Excel.  Some additional clean-up and modification may be required once the report is exported to Excel.
