Try each of the following steps until the issue is resolved:
  1. Log into the workstation with a user with local administrator permissions.
  2. Copy the Install Folder locally (for example, to the server's C:\ drive) and attempt the installation again from that location.
  3. Reboot the computer and attempt the installation again. 
  4. Disable any anti-virus or anti-spyware software that is installed and running on the machine.
