A client query can be used to create a list of clients and their respective attributes. This list can be then be used to identify client's who have incorrect attributes associated with their records and subsequently corrected.
1. In Query, click New at the top of the screen. 2. Select Client as the query type and Dynamic as the query format. Click OK. 3. The Criteria tab can be left blank, as no criteria is necessary. 4. On the Output tab, select Client and double-click Client name. 5. Select Client Attribute, then double-click Description. 6. Click Run in the lower right hand box to view the results or select the Results tab.
