Note:  Address blocks are specific to the country chosen on the record.  If no country is chosen, there will be no address block on constituents' address records.

  1. Open the address record for the constituent and select the proper country.
  2. After choosing a country on the address record, go to Config > International > open the record for that country and verify that the address block fields have been selected.  If changes need to be made to that country's address settings in your database, please review the information here on how to edit those entries.
