A Constituent record has a valid address, and the send mail to this address box is marked, but the address is not appearing in the mailing. This can occur when a Constituent has two records, and the record with no address is pulled into the mailing, rather than the record with an address.
1. In Records, search for the record by name. 2. Verify that there is only one constituent record with this name. 3. If there is more than one record for the same constituent, match the records using the constituent ID to verify that the record with the address is in the mailing, or merge the duplicate constituents.
