Even when a user has full rights to the Banks area and Cash Management, and the user is in a module that allows creating payments and adjustments for the bank account, the options are not appearing on the Banks page. The user can log into The Financial Edge on another computer and see the Payment tasks and Cash Management tasks.
Please do the following in order until the issue is resolved:
1. Ensure the user is selecting a bank account at the very top 2. Confirm in Banks > Edit account details that there is a default cash account defined for the system you are working in. 3. Uninstall and reinstall The Financial Edge. 4. Create a new username. NOTE - you will not want to remove the old username so that any reports, queries, etc. created are still available.
