Try the following, in order, until the issue is resolved:
1. Update/repair the affected workstation
2. Note: Incorrect changes to registry settings can cause serious system problems that may be irreversible without reinstallation of the operating system. You must back up your registry <index?page=content&id=BB520566> before making any registry changes. We are not responsible for damage resulting from incorrect use of the Registry Editor.
a. Open Registry Editor (click Start, Run, type regedit, click OK)
b. Locate HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Blackbaud\FE7Install
c. Right click on "EE" string value, select Modify
d. Set Value data equal to 1
