Try each of the following steps in order until the issue is resolved:
 
     
    • Browse to the approrpriate Blackbaud Hosting Services URL to access your hosting account and try to login:

      If prompted to change your password, do so ensuring that your password meets the following requirements:

      • May not contain all or part of the user's account name.
                
      • Must be at least eight characters in length.
                
      • Must not be one of the last 10 previously used passwords.
                
      • Must contain characters from three of the following four categories:

                            
        • English uppercase
                            
        • English lowercase
                            
        • Base 10 digits
                            
        • Non-alphabetic character 
           
      • If prompted that your account has been locked out, refer to BB172998
      • If prompted that you have supplied invalid credentials please follow BB174788
      • If you are able to login successfully, please have your admin add you to the appropriate FAUser group by following, BB171952.
