- Log into Raiser's Edge as Supervisor or a user with Supervisor rights
- Go to Administration > Security, and open the user group of the affected user
- Mark the checkbox for the missing page (i.e., Dashboard, Netsolutions)
- Save and close the user group
- Exit and sign out of Raiser's Edge
- Have the user log out of the program and log back in for the changes to take affect
