1. Log into Raiser's Edge as Supervisor or a user with Supervisor rights
  2. Go to Administration > Security, and open the user group of the affected user
  3. Mark the checkbox for the missing page (i.e., Dashboard, Netsolutions)
  4. Save and close the user group
  5. Exit and sign out of Raiser's Edge
  6. Have the user log out of the program and log back in for the changes to take affect
