The applicant view is missing from a student record. The record was added to Registrars Office Student Billing instead of Admissions Office or the Admissions Office module was added to the database after the record already existed, resulting in a record with a student view but not an applicant view.
1. In Registrars Office (or in Student Billing if you do not have Registrars Office), select Records, Students and open the student record 2. Click the Student menu at the top of the record and select Mark for Reenrollment 3. Run the Mark for Reenrollment wizard (it is already filtered on the specific student record that is open).
To run this process for all or a group of records, select Records, Students, and Mark for Reenrollment.
