When the program is configured correctly, an email address will appear on records with a line under it and a new Outlook email will open when clicking on the email address from within the record. If the program is not configured correctly, Outlook will not open.
1. Select Configuration, Tables, Phone Types. 2. Open the appropriate email type and select Email Address for the Phone Number Type field 3. Exit and sign out of the program 4. Log back in, open the appropriate record, and click the email address again
