Yes, AddressFinder attempts to CASS Certify all addresses. It first runs the addresses through the NCOA database. All records that were not matched in the NCOA database are then CASS certified (Matches in the NCOA database are not ran through CASS Certification because the NCOA database is already CASS Certified.)

Note: If an address cannot be CASS certified it will show as an error on the NCOALink Processing Summary Report (Page 2 of the CASS_AddressFinderSummary.pdf file).
