1. When saving the gift on the individual's constituent record or when tabbing at the end of a gift row in Batch, a prompt will appear to create a matching gift for the organization. At this window, choose the 'X' in the top right corner to close out of this screen.
  2. Choose 'No' to the prompt asking if you want to save the changes.
  3. Verify that no matching gift appears on the 'Matching Gifts' tab of the individual's gift record
    *Note, if the Matching Gift Information does appear on this tab, highlight it and click Delete to manually delete it.
