The NetCommunity tab on the Raiser's Edge constituent record does not show an email, and it cannot be queried on within the Raiser's Edge.
Confirm the email was not sent to an imported list. If sent to an imported list, data will not populate on the tab. Confirm the Blackbaud NetCommunity service is running on the Blackbaud NetCommunity server. If server was recently restarted, select to restart the service.
