When using third-party fraud protection features, such as Authorize.net's Fraud Protection Suite, you may find that some transactions cannot be completed by donors or that transactions to not appear in the Blackbaud NetCommunity plug-in in The Raiser's Edge.
Blackbaud does not directly support third-party fraud management solutions. Depending upon the fraud protection features used, some Blackbaud transactional functionality may be either degraded or preventing from working altogether.
If you are missing transactions in the Blackbaud NetCommunity plug-in for The Raiser's Edge as a result of using third-party fraud management solutions, you may need to either enter those transaction details directly in to The Raiser's Edge manually. Alternatively, you can contact your account manager to discuss having Blackbaud attempt to recover the transaction details.
