In Blackbaud CRM all tables created through the product have an audit table to track changes. In Administration, Audit Tables, in the left hand pane under Tasks, there is an Audit table report. Click on this icon to run the report. By default the filters are hidden, so to filter on a specific user and/or date range you will need to click on the second icon from the left to unhide the filters.
*Note: Auditing it turned on all tables by default, however, in the Audit Tables area you can turn auditing for tables off, and you can also purge Audit Tables. This will affect your ability to retrieve Audit information on specific tables.
