1. Make sure the user is logged in as a local admin on the affected workstation, or that the appropriate NTFS permissions have been set.
  2. Run REREGISTER .
  3. Update/repair the affected workstation.
  4. Uninstall and reinstall The Raiser's Edge on the workstation.
  5. Navigate to the Deploy folder "ISSetupPrerequisites\Visual Basic for Applications Version 2627.01" right-click vba6.msi and select Repair.
