- Make sure the user is logged in as a local admin on the affected workstation, or that the appropriate NTFS permissions have been set.
- Run REREGISTER .
- Update/repair the affected workstation.
- Uninstall and reinstall The Raiser's Edge on the workstation.
- Navigate to the Deploy folder "ISSetupPrerequisites\Visual Basic for Applications Version 2627.01" right-click vba6.msi and select Repair.
