When exporting from The Financial Edge to Excel, reports and exports are not fully exporting or is partially blank when exporting and saving the file to the Blackbaud Files Folder.
1. Verify that the Blackbaud Files folder has enough space by deleting old saved reports to clear up space. 2. Export the query or report again, choosing to save it in the My Documents (which will save into the Blackbaud Files folder) or directly to your workstation.
