Create an Action Detail Report

OR

Create a Constituent Profile:
1. Click Reports and select Profiles, Lists, and Directories.
2. Highlight Constituent Profile and select New Profile.
3. On the General tab, select the query to base the report on
4. On the Contacts tab, unmark all options except for Constituent Name and Actions.
5. Highlight Actions.  If appropriate, select specific actions by clicking Customize.
6. Preview the report.
