The Raiser's Edge gives users the ability to document their interaction with donors and prospects using Action records. The Actions can be assigned to specific users within The Raiser's Edge and notes can be added to document any additional information. The Raiser's Edge has options for reporting on actions assigned to specific users, or all of the actions on specific constituent records.
Create a Constituent Profile: 1. Click Reports and select Profiles, Lists, and Directories. 2. Highlight Constituent Profile and select New Profile. 3. On the General tab, select the query to base the report on 4. On the Contacts tab, unmark all options except for Constituent Name and Actions. 5. Highlight Actions. If appropriate, select specific actions by clicking Customize. 6. Preview the report.
