1. Log into The Raiser’s Edge as Supervisor.
2. Open the BMC (Blackbaud Management Console) and pause the server.
3. Remove all connections except Supervisor and run the plug-in.
NOTE: NetCommunity will not be able to run during this time--so you may wish to do this off hours.
4. Unpause the server in the BMC.
5. The Shelby user should be able to reconnect at this point.
