1. In Configuration, Business Rules, select Scheduling.
2. Unmark the option to reflect student schedule changes.
3. In Scheduling, select Edit Student Schedules and select the appropriate student.
4. Under the appropriate term, change the class column to blank in order to drop or withdraw the student. To transfer the student, select the new class section in the class column.
