First, determine what field is used in the salutation format that is missing in the import file by doing the following:
- Go to Config, Addressee/Salutations
- Double-click the addressee/salutation format used in the import file
- Take note of the fields used in the addressee/salutation and ensure they are present in the import file. If you choose not to add these fields to the import file, select a different salutation to use.
Lastly, update the PrimAddID (if necessary) in your import file and/or validate the file again.
