To print Membership cards for a group of records:
  1. In Mail, highlight Membership Cards and click New in the action bar 
  2. On the General tab, include all records or select a query 
  3. Select the Card type: 12-field card, Preprinted card, or Create custom data file
  4. Select the Fields to Include tab to select the fields to print on the cards 
  5. After setting all other parameters, click Preview (if creating 12-field or Preprinted cards) or Export (if creating a custom data file) 
  6. Mark Yes or No to the prompt to mark the cards as Printed

To print a membership card directly from a constituent record:
  1. Open the appropriate constituent record
  2. Select the Membership tab
  3. Open the appropriate Membership record for the constituent
  4. Select File > Print (or Preview if you prefer) > Membership Card
  5. Select the appropriate parameter file

To print a membership card through Mail, one at a time:
  1. In Mail, highlight Membership Cards and click New in the action bar 
  2. On the General tab, click Include and select One Record
  3. Select the appropriate constituent record
  4. Click Print or Preview to generate the card
