Note: Before you proceed with the following instructions, back up the database. If your organization integrates multiple Blackbaud products, refer to the Additional Requirements section of the backup solution.

 

  1. In Administration, click Global Change Facility
  2. Highlight Constituent and click New Change
  3. Expand Biographical and select SSN
  4. Select Delete as the Operator
  5. Enter ***-**-**** in the delete field
  6. Click Use pattern matching and click OK
  7. Click Change Now
