Note: Before you proceed with the following instructions, back up the database. If your organization integrates multiple Blackbaud products, refer to the Additional Requirements section of the backup solution.
- In Administration, click Global Change Facility
- Highlight Constituent and click New Change
- Expand Biographical and select SSN
- Select Delete as the Operator
- Enter ***-**-**** in the delete field
- Click Use pattern matching and click OK
- Click Change Now
