- Ensure the Business Rules exist and has not been deleted. Recreate the Business Rule if it has been deleted.
- If the Group the user is a member of has security rights to Business Rules in Configuration but still cannot access the rule
- If the user has Supervisor rights and is not a member of a Group:
Unmark the Apply Rule to Selected Security Groups Only when creating the user defined business rule or add the user to the selected security group used by the business rule.
