Note : Before you proceed with the following instructions, back up the database. If your organization integrates multiple Blackbaud products, refer to the Additional Requirements section of the backup article.

  1. In Administration, click Globally Change Records.
  2. Select Constituent and click New Change.
  3. Select All Addresses, Address Lines.
  4. In the Operation drop-down, select Partial Replace.
  5. In the Replace field, enter the wild card character.
  6. Leave the With field blank or enter a non-wild card character.
  7. Click OK.
  8. Mark Create query of changed records.
  9. Click Change Now.
