Committees could be tracked as either a constituency code (long term committees) or as a attributes (Ad Hoc committees).

To setup a committee as a Constituency Code
Create a constituency called Committee Member. This is the general term. The date range will be used to track how long a person was a committee member for your organization.
Example: Board appointed

To set up a committee as an attribute
Create a new attribute category called: Committees. Data type should be Table. The table should be populated with the individual committee names. The attribute comment should be used to track the active date range.
Example: Junior League 2003 Committee

Raiser's Edge 7 also has a date field. It is recommended that this be used to track the active year. Use the comment to track the span on that committee.
