1. In Configuration, Business Rules, highlight the record type whose duplicate criteria you want to edit.
  2. Under Duplicate [record type] criteria, specify the field name and length in characters in the grid provided.
  3. If you would like to remove any fields listed in the Duplicate Criteria grid, right-click on the small box to the right of the field you wish to remove and click "delete row". Click Yes to the prompt. 
  4. Browse out of Configuration to save the changes.
