Search for the BBMICR.ttf font and verify it is in the \Windows\Fonts directory. If it is not, copy it from a functioning machine. If no file is available from another machine, manually update the workstation by running Setup.exe from the Deploy package on the server.

1. Uninstall the current printer driver
2. Reinstall with the latest version of the printer driver

OR

Print checks to a different printer.
