In Records:

    • In Records, click Gifts.

    • Click Open a Gift to search for and select the appropriate pledge or click New Gift to add a pledge.

    • On the Gift tab of the pledge, mark or unmark the Send reminders checkbox.

    • Click Save and Close.

    If adding gifts in Batch:

      • On the Fields tab of the Gift Batch Setup screen, select Send Reminders.

      • Click Data Entry.

      • On the data entry screen in the row for the appropriate pledge, mark or unmark the Send Reminders checkbox.
