Note: Before you proceed with the following instructions, back up the database. If your organization integrates multiple Blackbaud products, refer to the Additional Requirements section of the backup solution.
- On the navigation bar, click Administration, Globally Change Records
- Select Constituent and click New Change
- Click Include to select a query of records to be changed or leave at all records
- Under the Available Fields, click the plus (+) sign next to Education/School Relationships to change all education records (with this Degree) or Primary Alumni Education to change only those education records marked as Primary
- Highlight Degree and click Select
- Under Edit Change Parameters, select the operator of Replace and enter the appropriate values for the change in the Replace and With fields
- Click Ok
- Click Change Now
