Addresses that have change because of a move are flagged with the address attribute called AddressAccelerator Footnote (AddressValidation Footnote in Raiser's Edge versions 7.71 and below) called Forwardable Move. To find these records:

  1. Create a constituent query
  2. On the Criteria tab, select Addresses > Preferred Address > Attributes > Specific Attribute > AddressAccelerator Footnotes (AddressValidation Footnotes if on version 7.71 and prior), Description equals forwardable move AND Addresses > Preferred Address > Attributes > Specific Attribute > AddressAccelerator Footnotes Date equals [the date that AddressFinder update was run.]

To identify all records that were updated with AddressFinder (not the moves only), create a constituent query with the following criteria:

  • Addresses, Preferred Address, Attributes, Specific Attribute, AddressAccelerator Footnotes (AddressValidation Footnotes if on version 7.71 and prior), Description is one of:

    • Forwardable move
    • Forwardable move but secondary address cannot be not verified
    • PO Box Closed
    • Foreign Address
    • Moved, no Forwarding address
    • Change of address form filed, but not in USPS records

  • AND Addresses, Preferred Address, Attributes, Specific Attribute, AddressAccelerator Footnotes (AddressValidation Footnotes if on version 7.71 and prior), Date equals [the date that AddressFinder update was run.]
