• In Accounting for Nonprofits:

    1. On the General tab of the report parameter screen, select the appropriate criteria (date ranges, vendors, etc.)
    2. Select the Attributes tab, Mark the checkbox to include records based on a certain attribute
    3. Complete the Category and Description information.

    • In The Financial Edge:

      1. In Reports, open the appropriate report
      2. Select the Filters tab
      3. Choose Selected from the Include drop-down menu
      4. Click the binoculars in the Selected Filters field
      5. Mark Selected
      6. Select Include in the Action field
      7. Select the Attribute type and enter a value
