The Project Activity Report displays all of the project activity within the specified reporting period. This report includes the Beginning Fund Balance, Activity, and Ending Fund Balance.

Following are the report parameters:

  • Detail or summary
  • Fiscal periods or specific dates
  • Report order by account category (asset, liability, fund balance, etc.) or transaction date
  • Omit projects with no activity or zero beginning balance
  • Include encumbrance transactions
  • Print each project on a separate page
  • Only includes Income Statement Accounts

The Project Detail Report is similar to the General Ledger Report run in detail and displays project activity for each project by account. This report groups a projects transactions by account. The account has a beginning balance by project, account net change, and ending balance by project.

Following are the report parameters:

  • Detail or summary
  • Fiscal periods or specific dates
  • Report order by project ID, project description, or project attribute
  • Include regular transactions, encumbrance transactions, or both transaction types
  • Report filters include funds, projects, project attributes, account segments, accounts, and categories
  • Include balance sheet accounts
  • Print each project on a separate page
  • Includes all account categories
