A NetMail sent to a user who has opted out will result in the following hard bounce message coming back to the Undeliverable Email section of RE:

“<email> has opted out of receiving NetMails. Email addresses that opt out can no longer receive NetMails. To send future emails to this record please obtain a new email address from the recipient and update the constituent record with the new email address.” (this means they are listed in the INVALID_EMAIL table of the NetSolutions server)


A NetMail sent to a user who has been blocked because of prior hard bounces (address does not exist, etc) will result in the following hard bounce message coming back to the Undeliverable Email section of RE:

“Invalid Email Recipient - <email>” (this means they are listed in the BLOCKED_EMAIL table of NetSolutions server)
If one of your constituents would like to begin receiving NetMails from your organization again, please supply the Blackbaud Product Support team with an email directly from the constituent outlining this request. If the constituent first sends the request to your organization:
