• To generate a profile for a single prospect, open the constituent record.
    • From the Reports pane on the left side of the record, select Prospect Research Report.
    • Once the Prospect Research Report page appears, use the grid at the top of the page to select what information you want to include in the report.
    • To use only selected sections in your report, in the Include field at the top of the report page, select Selected sections.

      1. The Selected sections button activates. Click the button to access the Prospect research report section selection screen.
      2. Place a check mark next to all sections you want to include and click OK.
      3. When you return to the report page, click Refresh to update the report display.

      • Click the Export  icon to export the report in Excel or Adobe (PDF) formats.
      • Print the report from Excel or Adobe.
