Follow the steps in the order until the issue is resolved:

1. Reboot the workstation.
2. Log in using a Windows account with local administrator rights on the computer
3. Temporarily disable any antivirus software
4. Update/repair the workstation or, if the issue is on the database server, then repair the installation [The Financial Edge \ The Education Edge].

note: If the issue occurs on the web server, stop IIS or the applicable website (Faculty Access for the Web and/or NetClassroom) when repairing/installing.
