When updating a network installation on the server, the following error has occurred Error: 1310 Error writing to file: C:\Program Files\Blackbaud\[Product Name]\Deploy\0x0409.ini Verify that you have access to that directory.
Try each of the following steps in order until the issue is resolved:
1. Grant the SYSTEM account and Everyone account Full Control of folder specified in error message. 2. Click Retry for all messages that appear with code 1310. 3. Log in with Local Administrator rights 4. Rename Deploy folder to OldDeploy and create new Deploy folder with same share name and run update again.
