If Synchronization fails, rerun Synchronization at a time when less Raiser's Edge user licenses are in use. If scheduled to run automatically, Synchronization should eventually process when a license is available.
note: Have the user log in again later or check to see if user licenses are in use for users that are not using the program and can sign out.
