This may occur if:
  • User deleted the first invitation email in error
  • Sender sent the email to the wrong email address
Click the Resend link next to the user's name on the Invite New User page. If the Resend link is no longer there, Invite the user again and request that the user completes the registration process.

Note: The Resend link will drop off of this page after a period of time. There isn't a way to remove this from the page manually.
