The Organization Administrator can resend the invitation email to the user:
  1. Log into the Admin Console. 
  2. Select the Users and Admins tab at the top of the page. 
  3. Change the Inactive and invitation sent drop-down on the right to Invitation sent only. 
  4. Click the ellipses button (circle with three dots) to the  left of the user's name and select Resend Invite from the drop-down.
If the email was sent to the incorrect email address, click the Add user button to invite the user again using the correct email address.
