Perform the following in order until your issue is resolved:
- Manually register the scrrun.dll file in C:\WINDOWS\system32.
- Shut down and restart the workstation.
- Ensure any pending Microsoft Windows updates have completed. (May require restart)
- Delete or rename any BBUpdate.ini files on the workstation (default location is C:\Program Files\Blackbaud\The Financial Edge).
- Perform a full uninstall and reinstall on the workstation.
