Perform the following in order until your issue is resolved:

  1. Manually register the scrrun.dll file in C:\WINDOWS\system32.
  2. Shut down and restart the workstation.
  3. Ensure any pending Microsoft Windows updates have completed.  (May require restart)
  4. Delete or rename any BBUpdate.ini files on the workstation (default location is C:\Program Files\Blackbaud\The Financial Edge).
  5. Perform a full uninstall and reinstall on the workstation.
