1. Navigate to Communities > Special Events > Friends Asking Friends > Kintera Thon
  2. Hover over Thon Name and Click Bookkeeping
  3. Click Manage Initiative Records
  4. Click the Donor Radio Button
  5. Search for Donor
  6. Click Edit by the Donor Name
  7. Click Delete Record from Initiative
  8. Fill out Corresponding information
  9. Click Delete
Note: A full reversal removes the donor from the event but not from the database.
For most transactions, once the record is deleted from Sphere, a reversal or refund is automatically triggered to the donor's bank account.  Each bank or branch processes these updates in a different time frame.  The refund typically ranges from 1 business day to 10 business days to post, but may not post until the next statement.​
