When opening a shared document from FAWeb or NetClassroom, the user receives the error: Server error: 404 - File or directory not found. The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable. The error is returned for existing shared documents and newly created shared documents.
Contact Support and reference this article. A hosting administrator will correct the issue and let you know when it is resolved.
NOTE: This error may occur when uploading documents directly from a Google Drive. Download documents from Google Drive before uploading.
