There are two potential scenarios that can cause this issue:
  1. The credentials entered in the CyberSource merchant account in The Raiser's Edge are incorrect
  2. The CyberSource account has not been provisioned correctly by CyberSource.

Please follow these steps in order until the issue is resolved:
  1. Select Config > Business Rules > Merchant Accounts in The Raiser's Edge
  2. Confirm that the CyberSource merchant account is configured correctly
  3. Confirm that the Inactive checkbox is not marked in the CyberSource merchant account
  4. Attempt to process a credit card transaction through CyberSource in Batch
If  the transaction still returns the 'Not Processed' Authorization Code, please contact CyberSource and confirm that the CyberSource account has been provisioned correctly for use with Blackbaud products.
