1. Launch FileZilla from your local machine
  2. Click File > Site Manager
  3. Click the New Site button
  4. Enter a name for your new site, such as "Files Folder"
  5. Under the General tab, enter the following information
    1. Host: Enter the appropriate Files Folder URL
      • Boston Data Center: files.blackbaudhosting.com
      • Orange County Data Center: files01.blackbaudhosting.com
      • Sydney Data Center: files4.blackbaudhosting.com
      • EU (Amsterdam) Data Centre: https://files01.blackbaud.net
    2. Port: 22
    3. Server Type: SFTP - SSH File Transfer Protocol
    4. Logon Type: Normal
    5. Username: Enter your Citrix username
    6. Password: Enter your Citrix password
  6. Click the Advanced tab
  7. Under "Default remote directory", enter /SiteID  (You can also choose another folder under that location if you wish. Example: /SiteID/example)
  8. Click the OK button at the bottom
Next time you want to access the Hosted Files Folder, you can follow the steps below to access the Files Folder
  1. Launch FileZilla from your local machine
  2. Click the drop-down arrow next to the Site Manager button (directly above the Host field)
  3. Choose the Site you saved.
This will automatically connect you to the location specified. You may start transferring files to/from your Hosted Files Folder.

NOTE: If you need to change or reset your Citrix password, you will need to go into the Site Manager and update your saved site with the new password.
