Crystal Report fails in scheduled Queue

A queue may be setup to email, export, or print a report at a certain time.  When attempting to export a custom report in a scheduled Queue, the process fails.

Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch. 


If it is a scheduled report then you would not be able to email or print, but you would be able to export it. If you set it up as on demand then you would be able to print, email or export.
