Perform the following until the field displays:
  1. Refresh code tables
  2. Verify the field is selected on the form:
    1. Navigate to Site Explorer>Forms
    2. Locate and edit the form in question
    3. Locate and edit the dropdown field in question
    4. Under the field values, ensure the expected value is marked. If the value is not marked, mark it, then click Save
  3. Log out of NetCommunity and then log back in to edit the form again
  4. Wait approximately 20 minutes for the databases to synchronize
  5. Delete and readd the field to the form
