Date filter does not stick on the Revenue and Recognition summary tabs

If a user wants to see gifts outside of this calendar year on the Revenue Summary tab they will have to select the filter every time they view a record.  The value doesn't stick from record to record or session to session.

Download and install the latest version and patch, if applicable.
