Countries and/or states missing from dropdowns

In various parts of the application, you may notice that countries are missing from dropdowns. This can occur in different areas such as either adding constituent addresses, for patrons online, or filling out ZIP code survey information in Daily Sales.
  1. Click Administration Countries and States under Configuration
  2. Click Add to add a new country or click the Country name to add new states/provinces

Note: These steps require the system role of: Director of Development, Prospect Research Manager or VolunteerHub Role
