A primary address needs to be selected in order to populate on the Summary tab's Primary Address section.

Complete the following to add an existing address as a primary:
  1. Go to Contacts>Individuals
  2. Search for your individual
  3. Manage his or her contact record
  4. Click Profile tab
  5. Click Addresses sub tab
  6. Put a check next to the address that should be the primary address
  7. Click the button "Primary"
This will update the address on the Summary tab.
